Sofa delivery scratching living room and hallway floors
Before the sofas arrived
Here is a photo of the room shortly before the sofas arrived:

Sofa delivery
Sofa was delivered at approximately 18:00 (over an hour after the end of the scheduled delivery slot), and the delivery men brought one half of the sofa up using a trolley cart, and placed it in the lounge, as such:

This position, however, blocked access to the kitchen (which is to the top right of the image above).
Once they got the second half of the sofa in, they needed to move the two halves around to make them both fit and get them into a more appropriate position that was not blocking access to other parts of the apartment such as the kitchen. This is not something I was able to do myself due to my disabilities, and Dan was out at the time.
This involved the delivery men dragging the sofa's across the floor. Due to the cushioning of the sofas and the discussion going on, I didn't hear or see the scratches at this time. They took photos before leaving, which should show the scratches if they show the whole sofas in position.
This is how they looked immediately after they left:

About 5-10 minutes after the sofas had been delivered is when I first noticed the scratches in the living room:

And here are some other photos showing the sofas in the position the delivery men left them, and some close-up photos of the scratches.

Hallway
I also noticed some scratches in the hallway. When getting the sofa into the apartment, the delivery men did at one point stop and get one of them off the trolley and onto the floor here.
