Entrance

An easy way to find the apartment is to look for the Slug & Lettuce pub. The entrance is to the right of the Indian restaurant which is to the right of the Slug & Lettuce:

Attention

There is currently building work going on with the apartment's cladding, so there may be various things such as fencing, scaffolding, or hoardings around the foyer.

Limited mobile phone signal

Note that on some networks there is limited mobile phone signal once you get inside the foyer and the building itself.
Obviously once you are in our apartment, you will have access to our wifi for internet use.

Gaining access

Currently the intercom system from the concierge to the apartments is not working, so once you arrive at the concierge, tell them you're visiting "Dan and Sam in apartment 622". They will then phone one of us to make sure we're expecting you, then let you in.

If the concierge are not there, phone one of us and we'll come down to get you.

Getting to apartment 622

Once you're into the building, take the lift up to floor 6. Out of the lift, follow the signs for flat 622 - as you exit the lift, we're at the end of the corridor on the right.

As it is hard for us to hear someone knocking on the door, push the doorbell button on the door to get our attention!

Access from New Quay Street via 18 Leftbank

If you have an access fob, you can get into and exit the building via the 18 Leftbank entrance on New Quay Street. This is particularly helpful if you want to go get some food from Sainsbury's, as it is on that side of the building.

Not every floor inside the building connects from the 18 Leftbank section to the 12 Leftbank section. There are only corridors on floors 2 and 9 to get between them, so you would need to travel up/down to floor 2, cross between the two sections, then up/down to floor 6.

You cannot get in this way via the concierge, as the 18 Leftbank entrance is unattended. You have to have an access fob to get into the 18 Leftbank entrance and to call the lift down to the ground floor.
