• No smoking at all in the apartment or balcony
• Vaping is not allowed inside the apartment, but is on the balcony
• Do not try to use the balcony doors, windows, or the window blinds without instruction - they're very fiddly!

🍆 Sex/kink specific rules 🪢

• Be mindful of other people's consent and comfort if engaging in sexual or kink activities
  • Keep sexual and/or kinky activities to the bedrooms, unless you have checked with everyone in the apartment (including Maurer and zek) - we don't want people to feel uncomfortable or unwelcome by people having sex on the sofa while they're trying to have a conversation
• Traffic light safewords are house-wide and should be understood and obeyed by everyone:
  • "Red" - stop immediately
  • "Yellow" - slow down, pause
  • "Green" - all fine
  • "What colour are you?" - a request for someone to confirm what "colour" they are (i.e. how comfortable they are with what is currently happening); no reply, or an ambiguous one, should be treated as a "red"
  • Don't forget that anyone at any point can use safewords, even observers.
